Holding an EQA practitioner-level coaching diploma, Carlijn is trained in Transactional Analysis (TA), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Voice Dialogue, and systemic coaching methods. Unless you have a specific preference for one of these approaches, she will select and might combine them throughout the program depending on the program’s objective

Carlijn brings extensive knowledge of personal effectiveness, cultural differences, and influencing, grounded in both her professional training and many years of experience in international decision-making. While her role as coach is not to give you advice, she draws on this experience to develop programs, create perspective and support your thinking

Approach

Each coaching journey starts with an intake session to explore your goals and get to know each other. Carlijn will take a deeper look into your story to understand what is really at play and share how she can support you from there. If, at that point, it feels like a strong fit to work together, you will decide on the coaching program and the number of sessions. There is always room to adjust the process along the way as new insights emerge.

Each session begins with a brief check-in, after which the objective for the session is defined. The focus may be on gaining insight into subconscious patterns or on taking clear, actionable steps forward. As you explore the issue together, Carlijn balances reflective conversation with playful exercises to help you gain deeper insight. At the end of each session, she ensures that you leave feeling composed and with a clear understanding of the next step.
